We’re hiring!
At Gateway, our team is constantly growing.
Below are the three most common roles available at Gateway locations across North America.
Client Care
You’ll act as front-line support for our customers and their clients, via telephone and email. You are empathetic, helpful and a strong communicator who is able to work within a fast-paced environment. You love helping people and finding solutions and you’d rather be busy than bored at work.
Cremation Team
You’ll ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment in our facilities. You have strong attention to detail, good judgement and time management skills. You enjoy working on a busy operations floor instead of sitting at a desk, and you take pride in working behind the scenes to support your team.
Customer Service Representative
You’ll act as the face of our company, visiting our customers for removals and deliveries on a weekly basis. You are a good communicator with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean driving record. You enjoy building good relationships with your clients, and are looking for a role where you are a key part of a busy team.
